On 9 August, S&P Global Ratings has assigned Foreign Currency LT credit rating of "B" to Pujiang International Group. The outlook is stable.
In July, we injected 166 million into Shanghai International Superconductor Technology Co., Limited by capital injection to hold 40% equity interest in Shanghai Superconductor. Shanghai Superconductor is principally engaged in the provision of superconducting cables solutions as well as the research and development of superconducting cables technologies for power grid.
On 18 May, Moody's Investors Service has assigned a "B2" corporate family rating (CFR) to Pujiang International Group. The rating outlook is stable.
2019
Cable Business
We were awarded the tender for the supply of main cables, cable-stayed cables and slings (tender G06) for the construction of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.
We acquired 26% equity interest in Shanghai Push Medical Device Co., Limited. Shanghai Push is principally engaged in developing the technology of, manufacturing and sales of medical equipment, specializing in heart-related diseases, its products are marketed and sold under the PushMed® trademark.
Pujiang International Group was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Cable Business
We were awarded the tender for the supply of suspension cables for the 1915 Canakkale Bridge in Turkey, which is the world's longest main span suspension bridge planned as of the date of this prospectus. The bridge has a main span of 2,023 metres.

We were awarded the Technology Invention Award of Jiangxi Province by People's Government of Jiangxi Province.

We were awarded the Shanghai Famous Brand Certificate by Shanghai Brand Recommendation Committee and the Shanghai Famous Trademark Certificate by The Shanghai Administration for Industrial and Commerce.
Nizhou Section of the Humen No.2 Bridge of which we were awarded the tender for the supply of suspension cables for its construction, was the longest main-span suspension bridge in China at the time.

The Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, the first suspension bridge with main span of 1,385 metres in China, for which we supplied suspension cables, was completed. This project was awarded with the Eugene-Figo International Award by International Bridge Conference in the field of suspension bridges in 2002 which was the first time a China project won such award.

Nanpu Bridge, China's first super-long-span cable-stayed bridge, for which we supplied stay cables, was completed. The Nanpu Bridge project was awarded the First Class Prize of The State Scientific and Technological Progress by The State Scientific and Technological Commission in 1995.
